Can you open up a wall between two rooms?
In most cases, yes. We assess whether the wall is load-bearing, size the right beam, and frame the opening to code. We will be clear about scope and any engineering needed at the estimate.
Do you repair rotted or termite-damaged framing?
Yes. We replace damaged joists, studs, sills, and subfloor, then prep the area so it is ready for finishes. Charleston framing repair is a regular part of our work.
Do you build additions?
